"Red" 2014 by Douglas W Warawa, oil over acrylic paint on stretched canvas. 24 by 18 in or 61 by 46 cm This painting is pure mixed red and that's it(lol) Oh and the white letters too. Red usually means mad as in I'm mad at U but to me red is what I see because I am slightly mad or as some would say, I'm totally madly insane. This may be true and it helps give all my paintings a totally offbeat look. I paint for myself, that's true and I've never shown any of my paintings in an art gallery but I'm also painting for all the world to see and get different perspectives about life.
